All three members of Minnesota United’s original MLS TV broadcast booth will be part of the league’s MLS Season Pass in 2023.
Major League Soccer announced the complete list of its studio analysts, play-by-play broadcasters, and color commentators for its first season on Apple TV, and there are a few familiar names.
Now former MNUFC play-by-play man Callum Williams, who’s been heard locally on Bally Sports North and 1500 ESPN/SKOR North since the Loons joined MLS in 2017, will be calling games across the league this season.
Former Loons player, sideline reporter, and most recently Nashville SC TV broadcaster Jamie Watson will be a “match analyst”.
The duo join former Gopher soccer standout and Minnesota United TV color commentator Kyndra de St. Aubin, who was announced as a 2023 match analyst earlier this month.
It’s unknown if any of the three local favorites will be on the call for Loons matches in 2023, as specific match assignments are yet to be announced.
